Prep: Wash, scrub, and chop the carrots, and beets. Clean and chop the apple. Directions: Begin juicing the apple first, followed by the beets, and carrots. Once juice is finished mix in tsp of turmeric either stirred thoroughly, or through a blender. Enjoy!
