Lean Green Smoothie

Ingredients: 1 Kale Leaf 1 Cup of Spinach Leaves

1 Cup of Frozen Bananas 1 Juiced Lemon 1 Cup of Unsweetened Almond Milk Calories: 306

Prep: Wash, slice, and freeze bananas. Rinse kale leaf, and spinach leaves if needed. Wash, peel, and juice lemon. Directions: Once the lemon is juiced, add into blender with the kale leaf, spinach leaves, frozen bananas, and unsweetened almond milk! Enjoy!
